Nature Explorer Challenge- 15 Things To Do in Walsall

A*STARS in partnership with Public Health, is excited to launch a brand new initiative designed to inspire children to get outdoors, get active, and connect with their local environment. We’re delighted to invite all primary schools across the Walsall borough to take part in the Nature Explorer Challenge: 15 Things To Do in Walsall.

Get Involved in Walk to School Month!

Walk to School Month is coming! 
Schools across Walsall are invited to join this year’s campaign, running from 1st – 24th October! Let’s get moving for healthier, greener, and safer journeys to school. 

Road Safety in the Driver's Seat!

College students from Walsall College got hands-on with a driving simulator this week to learn about the importance of road safety, hazard awareness, and the impact of distractions behind the wheel. A fun and eye-opening way to prepare for real-world driving!

On Friday, 17th June 2022, the 11th annual Active Sustainable Travel and Road Safety (A*STARS) quiz took take place at Walsall Arena and Arts Centre.
